Our take

Zapier has a free plan, with paid plans for more features. Paid plans start at $19.99/month. Its biggest strengths are largest integration library and easy for non-developers; the main trade-off is that task-based pricing scales fast. Largest integration library

We switched to Zapier last year. Largest integration library — that alone justified it for us. Task-based pricing scales fast, but it's a fair trade-off.

Lucas Moreau · Agency owner

Solid choice for small teams

Zapier does what it says. Easy for non-developers. Setup took an afternoon and the team adopted it right away.

Hannah Kim · Product Manager

Great, with a few caveats

Love Free plan to start. My only gripe: Complex logic gets messy. Grabbed the deal here and saved a nice chunk on year one.
