Who is Loom best for?

Remote teams that want fewer meetings and clearer async communication.

Our take

Loom has a free plan, with paid plans for more features. Paid plans start at $15/month. Its biggest strengths are fastest way to record and share and great viewer experience; the main trade-off is that free plan capped at 5-minute videos. Check the deals on this page before you buy — UseThisForThat members often save on their first months or year.

Fastest way to record and share

We switched to Loom last year. Fastest way to record and share — that alone justified it for us. Free plan capped at 5-minute videos, but it's a fair trade-off.

Aisha Bello · Podcast host

Solid choice for small teams

Loom does what it says. Great viewer experience. Setup took an afternoon and the team adopted it right away.

Lucas Moreau · Agency owner

Great, with a few caveats

Love Free plan for occasional use. My only gripe: AI features cost extra. Grabbed the deal here and saved a nice chunk on year one.
